Isu strategis dalam kewirausahaan rumah sakit: Sebuah studi literatur

Abstract

Background: A hospital is a health service institution that provides comprehensive health services for individuals by providing inpatient, outpatient, and emergency services. The strategic plan by hospital management to improve health services for the community can be determined one way: through the hospital's customer satisfaction level. Apart from carrying out humanitarian missions and quality health services, hospitals also carry out business strategies to ensure the sustainability of their management and gain profits. This research aims to determine strategic issues in hospital entrepreneurship.

Method: This research uses a literature review method. The data used in this research is secondary data, where data sources were searched using databases via Academia, Google Scholar, and Research Gate, and researchers determined 10 previous research journals that were most relevant to this research topic. Researchers use data analysis techniques: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.

Result: The research results show that strategic issues in hospital entrepreneurship must be to increase effective promotional strategies, improve the marketing mix in hospitals, enhance the quality of service, and increase patient visits to inpatient units.

Conclusion: Implementing a hospital entrepreneurship strategy is necessary to ensure excellent and effective hospital management continuity.

 

Pendahuluan: Rencana strategis yang dilakukan manajemen rumah sakit untuk meningkatkan pelayanan kesehatan bagi masyarakat dapat ditentukan salah satunya melalui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan rumah sakit itu sendiri. Selain mengemban misi kemanusian dan pelayanan kesehatan yang bermutu, rumah sakit juga menjalankan strategi bisnis untuk memastikan keberlanjutan manajemennya dan mendapatkan keuntungan.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui isu strategis dalam kewirausahaan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode literature review.

Metode: Data yang di gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, dimana pencarian sumber data dilakukan menggunakan database melalui academia, google scholar, dan research gate dan peneliti menentukan 10 jurnal penelitian terdahulu yang paling relevan dengan topik penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang peneliti gunakan yaitu  pengumpulan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.

Hasil: Isu strategis dalam kewirausahaan rumah sakit harus meningkatkan strategi promosi yang efektif, meningkatkan bauran pemasaran pada rumah sakit, meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, dan meningkatkan kunjungan pasien unit rawat inap

Simpulan: Penerapan strategi kewirausahaan rumah sakit sangat diperlukan untuk menjamin keberlangsungan  pengelolaan rumah sakit yang baik dan tepat guna.
